Want to have a quick but heathy breakfast? No problem! This is a really quick and healthy gluten-free banana oat pancake recipe!



  1. Add ripe bananas into your food processor
  2. Add rolled oats, eggs, a pinch of salt, roasted nuts of your choice, vanilla extract and and baking powder
  3. Blend this to a pourable consistency
  4. Add some butter to a pan set on medium heat
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of the pancake batter
  6. Fry till it turns golden brown on both sides. It takes approximately 2 minutes on each side
  7. Have this with brown sugar or honey or pancake syrup!
