  1. Before you start preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. Prepping the banana

  3. Cut two ripe bananas in small pieces

  6. Add eggs in a bowl
  7. Add sugar
  8. Whisk well for approximately two minutes
  9. Add milk, oil, vanilla extract and mix well
  10. Add mashed bananas and mix well
  11. Add mixed nuts, chocolate morsels, and grate half a teaspoon of nutmeg
  12. Add salt and mix thoroughly
  13. Sift all purpose flour and baking soda over the wet ingredients
  14. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  15. Grease a 9 x 5” cake pan and pour the batter in
  16. Swirl around a chopstick to remove air bubbles
  17. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes till a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean
