How to make Peanut Butter

You won’t believe how easy it is to make peanut butter at home! You can make it in no time with just three simple ingredients. The texture is smooth and creamy just like the store-bought ones and the taste is even better!

- Set a pan on medium heat and add 3 cups or 500 grams of peeled peanuts
- We are going to dry roast this till they have this beautiful dark golden brown color. This is going to take approximately five to seven minutes
- Cool down the peanuts completely and add that into a grinder jar
- To this add one teaspoon of salt, (if you’re using salted peanuts don’t add salt)
- Next, add two tablespoons of any neutral cooking oil like canola oil, sunflower oil or peanut oil
- Lastly, add three tablespoons of honey
- Grind everything till it forms smooth and creamy peanut butter!
- Fill it up in an airtight container, store it at room temperature if you’re going to finish it in the next few days or store it in the fridge for longer!

Notes
- Make sure your peanuts have a nice golden color because that’s going to determine the final color of your peanut butter
- In case you want your peanut butter to have more of a coarser texture you don’t have to add any oil, just grind the peanuts along with honey and salt and it’s going to come together and form a coarser peanut butter!
