Description

This chutney is my to go recipe for idli or dosa! It is super tasty and super quick. No onion or garlic and no tadka! Try it 🙂

Instructions

  1. To a blender jar, add peanuts, lime juice, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and a quarter cup of water
  2. Blend to a smooth paste
  3. This chutney is delicious as is, there is no need for any tadka. If you want to add tadka, however, heat some ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, some hing and some curry leaves. Add that to the chutney!
