Description

This is a quick and easy recipe for lunch boxes, picnics, or brunches! I combined the flavors of chicken kebabs with pancakes, because why not!! Hope you enjoy it as much as my family did!

  1. To 400 g of minced chicken add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, half a teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon of dried red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped mint leaves and one egg
  2. Mix thoroughly
  3. To this add 12 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  4. Add water little by little and mix well till it reaches a pourable consistency like pancake or dosa
  5. You will need approximately 2 cups of water
  6. Take a pan and add some oil spread 4 tablespoons of the mix like a pancake
  7. Fry on both sides till golden brown
  8. It should take around 5-6 min
