How to make a healthy chia seed pudding

This Chia seed pudding is healthy and delicious! It is high is omega 3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins and minerals! This is especially refreshing during summer.



  1. Soak 2 tbsp. of Chia seeds in a cup of water or milk. Let it bloom at room temperature (stir vigorously and let it stand for 20 min) or overnight in the refrigerator 
  2. Add 1/2 cup milk 
  3. Roasted nuts
  4. Add 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
  5. Dates or honey for sweetness
  6. Top with fruits of your choice!
