How to make a healthy chia seed pudding
This Chia seed pudding is healthy and delicious! It is high is omega 3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins and minerals! This is especially refreshing during summer.
- Soak 2 tbsp. of Chia seeds in a cup of water or milk. Let it bloom at room temperature (stir vigorously and let it stand for 20 min) or overnight in the refrigerator
- Add 1/2 cup milk
- Roasted nuts
- Add 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
- Dates or honey for sweetness
- Top with fruits of your choice!
