Chilli Garlic Noodles
Description
Spicy Hot Garlicky and Smoky vegetable noodles that is guaranteed to awaken your taste buds!!

Instructions
- Add dry hakka noodles slabs to a pot of boiling water
- Make sure that the noodles are totally submerged in the water
- Boil till the noodles are approximately 90% done
- This should take around three minutes (or follow the instructions by the manufacturer)
- Drain the noodles, Pour around 2 tablespoons of oil and toss it thoroughly
- This will prevent the noodles from sticking to each other. Keep it aside
- In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of red chili sauce, 1/4 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of corn starch and mix it thoroughly. Keep it aside
- Set a pan on high heat and add around 3 tablespoons of oil
- Add onions and fry till they turn translucent
- Add garlic and stir fry till the garlic browns slightly
- Add carrots and stir for one minute
- Add green beans and stir for one minute
- Add bell pepper and cabbage and stir for 10 seconds
- Add the sauce mix and stir for one minute You will see that the sauce thickens.
- Add red chili flakes and black pepper powder
- Add in the pre-boiled noodles little by little and stir well to ensure that the sauce thoroughly coats it
- Stir fry on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes for a smoky flavor
- Turn off the heat and add spring onion greens for garnish
- Add more chilli flakes if you prefer it hot!
