How to make a quick peanut chutney for dosa or idli
Description
This chutney is my to go recipe for idli or dosa! It is super tasty and super quick. No onion or garlic and no tadka! Try it 🙂

Instructions
- To a blender jar, add peanuts, lime juice, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and a quarter cup of water
- Blend to a smooth paste
- This chutney is delicious as is, there is no need for any tadka. If you want to add tadka, however, heat some ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, some hing and some curry leaves. Add that to the chutney!
