- Preheat your oven to 300°F or 150°C
- In a blender jar add banana, dates, cinnamon powder, salt, vanilla extract and baking powder
- Blend till smooth
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Add 1 tbsp. of cookie dough and flatten it to the desired shape. This cookie has no butter so it won’t spread and will keep the shape that you create
- Bake for 20-25 min until the cookie feels slightly firm to touch
- Let the cookies cool down
