  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F or 150°C 
  2. In a blender jar add banana, dates, cinnamon powder, salt, vanilla extract and baking powder
  3. Blend till smooth
  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  5. Add 1 tbsp. of cookie dough and flatten it to the desired shape. This cookie has no butter so it won’t spread and will keep the shape that you create
  6. Bake for 20-25 min until the cookie feels slightly firm to touch 
  7. Let the cookies cool down

  • You can store these cookies in an air tight container in the fridge for a week or two!
