Traditionally this is sun dried and takes days to make, here I am sharing an instant version of Chunda that has the same amazing zingy flavor!

Instructions
- Dry roast cumin seeds till they turn dark brown and aromatic
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Stir fry till the sugar reaches 1 string consistency. This should take 8-10 min
- Let it cool down completely
- Store in dry air-tight container

- This delicious pickle keeps well for months at room temperature. Just make sure to store it in a dry place. If you live in a place where the climate is humid, it may be best to store it in the refrigerator.
- This pickle tastes great with Roti, Chapati, Khichdi, Thepla, Dosa or Idli
