Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancake/Gluten-free Pancake

Want to have a quick but heathy breakfast? No problem! This is a really quick and healthy gluten-free banana oat pancake recipe!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Add ripe bananas into your food processor
- Add rolled oats, eggs, a pinch of salt, roasted nuts of your choice, vanilla extract and and baking powder
- Blend this to a pourable consistency
- Add some butter to a pan set on medium heat
- Add 2 tablespoons of the pancake batter
- Fry till it turns golden brown on both sides. It takes approximately 2 minutes on each side
- Have this with brown sugar or honey or pancake syrup!
