How to make an easy mango dessert-Mango Sago/Sabudana
Description
This mango sabudana/sago is a quick and delicious dessert. You don’t have to boil milk for hours then chill it etc. Enjoy this refreshing dessert especially during summer time.

Instructions
- Take a pot of boiling water
- Add Sabudana to it and boil until they turn transparent. This should take 30-40 min
- You could add some more hot water to the pot if the water gets too thick
- Drain the water
- Add the boiled Sabudana in a bowl with water (at room temperature) till we are ready to use it
- Take 1/2 cup warm whole milk in a bowl. You can heat it in the microwave oven for 20 sec to warm it as well
- Add milk powder and mix in
- Add a pinch of kesar or saffron and stir
- Add 1/2 cup of chilled whole milk
- Add mango purée. You can either use store bought mango purée or blend some mangoes
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste
- Drain off water from the Sabudana and add it in
- Add mango pieces
- Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios
