Ingredients
Instructions
- Add mustard oil to a pot set on medium heat
- Add Kala jeera or kalonji, turmeric powder, slit green chillies and salt
- Give it a quick stir
- Add potatoes
- Stir fry the potatoes for 5 min
- Add water
- Place a lid on and let the potatoes cook through
- Enjoy with Luchi or porotha
