- Before you start preheat your oven to 350°F
- Cut two ripe bananas in small pieces
- Cut two ripe bananas in small pieces
- Add eggs in a bowl
- Add sugar
- Whisk well for approximately two minutes
- Add milk, oil, vanilla extract and mix well
- Add mashed bananas and mix well
- Add mixed nuts, chocolate morsels, and grate half a teaspoon of nutmeg
- Add salt and mix thoroughly
- Sift all purpose flour and baking soda over the wet ingredients
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
- Grease a 9 x 5” cake pan and pour the batter in
- Swirl around a chopstick to remove air bubbles
- Bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes till a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean
