Ingredients

    Mint lemonade

  • Ginger lemonade

Instructions

    Mint lemonade

  1. Add 1/2 cup of whey water to a blender jar
  2. Add 1/2 cup of mint leaves
  3. Add 1 tbsp. of lime juice
  4. Add 1 tbsp. sugar
  5. Add a pinch of salt
  6. Blend it thoroughly and strain it
  7. Add 1/2 cup of whey water to it
  8. Add 1 cup of sparkling water or soda
  9. Mix well
  10. Add ice
  11. Ginger lemonade

  12. Add 1/2 cup of whey water to a blender jar
  13. Add a 1 inch piece of ginger (roughly chopped)
  14. Add 1 tbsp. of lime juice
  15. Add 1 tbsp. sugar
  16. Add a pinch of salt
  17. Blend it thoroughly and strain it
  18. Add 1/2 cup of whey water to it
  19. Add 1 cup of sparkling water or soda
  20. Mix well
  21. Add ice
