Refreshing Summer Drink Recipes with Whey water/Mint lemonade/Ginger lemonade

Did you know that whey water is rich in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals! I will share the recipe of 2 lovely, refreshing lemonades that you can make with it!
Ingredients
Mint lemonade
Ginger lemonade
Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup of whey water to a blender jar
- Add 1/2 cup of mint leaves
- Add 1 tbsp. of lime juice
- Add 1 tbsp. sugar
- Add a pinch of salt
- Blend it thoroughly and strain it
- Add 1/2 cup of whey water to it
- Add 1 cup of sparkling water or soda
- Mix well
- Add ice
- Add 1/2 cup of whey water to a blender jar
- Add a 1 inch piece of ginger (roughly chopped)
- Add 1 tbsp. of lime juice
- Add 1 tbsp. sugar
- Add a pinch of salt
- Blend it thoroughly and strain it
- Add 1/2 cup of whey water to it
- Add 1 cup of sparkling water or soda
- Mix well
- Add ice
