How to make keto lemonade-cucumber lemonade
Description
This keto cucumber lemonade is made of cucumbers, lime juice and chia seeds. I also added one slit green chilli for some zing!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Peel a cucumber and cut in small pieces
- Add cucumber and mint leaves in a blender jar along with 3/4 cups of water and blend to a smooth paste
- Strain the juice (optional)
- Add lime juice or lemon juice, some salt and keto sweetener to taste
- Add ice, soaked chia seeds or basil seeds
- Add 1 green chilli (slit). The green chilli will not make the drink hot, it going to add some zing
- Add ice
