This is my go-to recipe for simple keto cabbage noodles. Just a few ingredients and it turns out so flavorful and delicious! Best part, it takes less than 10 min to make!

Instructions
- Set a non stick pan on medium high heat
- Add 1 tbsp. oil
- Add sliced onions
- Stir fry till onions turns translucent ~30 sec
- Add shredded cabbage
- Add smoked paprika and garlic powder
- Stir fry the cabbage on high heat till the cabbage starts to get a little charred (charring the cabbage imparts a lot of flavor to the dish)
- Turn down the heat and spread the cabbage in the pan
- Add cheese
- Sprinkle some red chilli flakes
- Wait till the cheese melts
- Add salt if needed
